HTP Business Solutions

• HTP is working with an established UK based fund manager to launch the Semiconductor and Advanced Electronics Infrastructure Fund - ‘The SAEIF’.
• HTP and The SAEIF fund share the same mission and will work together to identify and support the scale-up funding needs for UK companies in the advanced electronics sector.
• HTP’s goal is to build a comprehensive database of UK based companies in the advanced electronics sector and supporting infrastructure which can be leveraged to enable the development of a thriving electronics ecosystem.
• SAEIF’s goal is to raise a £500M+ evergreen fund to support UK based companies in the advanced electronics sector.
• HTP is working proactively with the Bessemer Society and its Semiconductor Industry Task Force to identify prospective investment opportunities for the SAEIF and will support the fund with the pre investment due diligence process.
• Post investment HTP will provide Board level support for business execution and business transformation where appropriate.
• In parallel, HTP is developing a suite of additional services which are designed to provide sector appropriate expertise and support for companies in the sector.
